| Order information: | We generally require 24 hours in advance before we can get your cake ready for pick-up or delivery. If you need an urgent cake within the next 24 hours, please give us a call or message us on instagram and we will try our best to help you. |

| Delivery information: | By default, we will be doing our deliveries from 6pm – 10pm on weekdays and 10am – 2pm on weekends. This delivery time frame helps us to avoid peak Auckland traffic and make sure our cakes are delivered fresh and cool. If you require a delivery to happen outside our default delivery time frame, please give us a call or message us on instagram and we will try our best to help you. |
| Pick-up information: | The pick-up address is 143 Carlton Gore Road, New Market. We are sharing a large commercial kitchen with Gilli Cafe. Please just kindly as one of the Gilli Cafe staff and they will help you to get your cake. |
| Free delivery coverage: | Our free delivery covers North to Albany, South to Manukau City Centre, West to Westgate, East to Flatbush and Eastern Bays Area. If your destination is rural or out of our free delivery zone, we only charge $1 per km from your destination to the nearest cut-off point. We use google map to measure the distance. If you are not sure about if you address is covered or not, feel free to give us a call or message us on Instagram. |
