24 hours in general, and that’s what the website ordering system is build on. But if you have missed the cut-off time to place your order, please give us a call or instagram message and we will try our best to help you.
We provide FREE DELIVERY for most Auckland urban areas. It covers North to Albany, South to Manukau City Centre, West to Westgate, East to Flatbush and Eastern Bays area.
If your destination is rural or out of our free delivery area, we only charge $1 per km from your destination to the nearest cut-off point. We use google map to measure the distance.
Example, if you live in Silverdale, we will only charge the distance between Silverdale & Albany, at the rate of $1 per km.
By default, we will be doing our deliveries from 6pm – 10pm on weekdays and 10am – 2pm on weekends. This delivery time frame helps us to avoid Auckland traffic and make sure our cakes are delivered fresh and cool.
Should you desire a specific delivery time during the day, reach out to us via phone, email, or Instagram message. We’re committed to accommodating your preferences to the best of our availability.
We are sharing a commercial kitchen with Gilli Cafe at New Market. Just kindly ask one of the cafe staff and let them know your name on the order, they will bring the cake to you.
Our cakes are available in three round sizes: small (5 inches – 4 serves, only available for some flavors), medium (7 inches – 8 serves), and large (9 inches – 12 serves). We also offer rectangular cakes in special dimensions, about12 x 14cm for small size, 18 x 14cm for medium size.
Unfortunately no. We are fully online based at the moment, but our kitchen is in New Market and pick-ups are available . We’re sharing the kitchen space with Gilli Cafe New Market at the moment, but hoping to turn into a full-fledged store in the future!
Yes we can, as long as it’s not too long. Alternatively, we can write your message on a card if it’s too long to fit on the cake. Please leave us a note at checkout.
