Thanks to the whole Memo Cakery crew.

It’s hard to believe such a creamy cheesecake can be 100% vegan!

The carrot cake base is perfect, and the cheesecake layer is heavenly but I would wish that more cheese flavour!

I would have loved for top filling to be far more than the base but it disappointingly was not. For diehard cheese cake lovers, buy this cheesecake with a grain of salt but if you just want a good time with your taste buds then I would definitely buy this cheesecake.

Will definitely be a repeat customer and what a special find Memo Cakery has been.

Easy online ordering process, good value, and just an all round great experience.

Thank you Memo Cakery.
