Loved the combination of textures in this case – snappy chocolate shell, lovely soft cake and crunchy kataifi. Really generous serving suggestions – we got twelve comfortable slices out of the medium! The dubai chocolate everything is kind of getting old, but this cake is PERFECTLY executed and an absolute delight.

This was my first time trying a cake from MEMO. I got this cake for my mom’s birthday. The cake tasted good but I suggest making the outer layer (chocolate) softer. When you cut the cake, since the inside is soft and outside is hard, it gets squashed and the cake falls apart.

Second time ordering from Memo Cakery, and the cake was delicious and our son was thrilled to have one of his favorite tastes as a sweetness for his BD
