Probably not my favourite of the flavours I’ve tried from Memo though. Each component on its own tasted great but when eaten together, didn’t really fit together as well as I had expected. Probably would have preferred a thinner gula melaka layer and a thicker spongecake layer. The corn mochi cubes and pandan mousse were perfect though.
