It looked exactly like the pic and was delivered to my house as promised between 6-10pm (around 8pm).
From very polite and friendly customer service over the phone answering queries to the person who delivered my cake, sorry didnt catch your name, the service was excellent.
This cake was so airy and soft and fluffy, flavors exactly like the description, just enough sweetness but not too much; very easy to have more than one slice!

I will be ordering more cakes and have passed on my feedback to curious colleagues already.
